Who this program is for
Step 1: First visit – full assessment & first treatment
We map your top 2–3 pain areas, review your history, check range of motion, and rate your pain on a simple 0–10 scale. Then you receive your first treatment.
Step 2: Weekly targeted treatments
You’ll come in for three more visits over the next 3 weeks. Each session can possibly use acupuncture and other modalities as appropriate (cupping, heat, auricular points, etc.) to focus on your worst areas and overall balance.
Step 3: Simple at‑home support
You’ll leave with a short, realistic routine: gentle movements, posture tips, and acupressure points you can use between visits.
Step 4: Re‑check and next‑step plan
On your fourth visit we re‑check your pain scores and movement. If you’re improving and want to keep going, we’ll discuss a simple follow‑up or maintenance plan based on your goals.
